Mary Lynn Horst
Pianist Mary Lynn loves working with youth and is energized by these future leaders of our country. She holds a Master of Science degree in Guidance and Counseling, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education. After teaching K-12 vocal music for 4 years, she started a new career as a school Guidance Counselor and currently works at North Platte High School. Mary Lynn is also an accompanist for the Heartland Singers and has been involved with many of the musical productions at North Platte's Neville Center for the Performing Arts. At First UMC, Mary Lynn is a pianist and a member of the Leadership/Nomination Committee and the Education Committee. She holds memberships in the Nebraska School Counselors Association, the National Education Association, the Nebraska State Education Association, and the North Platte Education Association. Mary Lynn is married to Brian. They have one daughter. |
