The Education Ministry Team "seeks to promote and inspire spiritual growth and service to all ages through an effective educational ministry." We embrace the love of God through Jesus Christ and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit to accomplish these tasks.

Christian Education is offered to all ages from Nursery to Mature Adults, Sunday mornings, weekdays, and evenings. New adult classes are and small groups are started frequently. Be sure to check our Small Group Ministries page for additional programming opportunities.

Our current Christian Education program includes the following:

Sunday School Classes - 9:45 a.m. - 10:45 a.m., Sunday Mornings

Summer Sunday school is multi-graded and learning-center based. Adult classes make their own choice about meeting during the summer months.

Adult Sunday School Classes - 9:45 a.m. - 10:45 a.m., Sunday Mornings

Triple M: Fireside Room. A mature adult class currently using the Adult Bible Study series. (Approx. age: 60+)
Gospl Class: Media Center. Come to Gospl Class to explore topics through video series and books based on participants' wishes. (Approx. age: 50+)
S.O.S: Parlor. A class that studies progressive Christian curriculum in various media. (All age levels from high school to mature adults are represented.)
Contemporary Seekers: Room #207. This class studies a variety of DVD and book studies that pertain to growing families and growing faith. (Approx. age: 30+)
Fellowship Class: Room #206. A Bible study group using additional resources such as DVDs and books to enhance their learning. (All age levels are represented.)

Friendship Group is a Bible study and fellowship group for adults and youth with cognitive impairments. It meets Sundays at 5:30 p.m. during the school year. This group is led by adults with special training. Contact information is available on our Small Group Ministries page.

Kids SERVE Group: Third-Fifth Grade fellowship group, meets 2nd and 4th Sundays at 5:30 P.M. in Room #201. This group works on leadership skills, does service projects and Bible study along with fun and games, as a precursor to Middle School youth group. Youth Groups : Middle School United Methodist Youth Fellowship and Senior High United Methodist Youth Fellowship meet on Sundays. Visit with a pastor for more information or click this link for more details on UMYF.

ACTION Group: A young adult group that does fun activities and faith-building studies. Meets 2nd and 4th Sundays at 6:00 P.M. Contact Ryan and Leah Purdy for more information about meeting dates, times, and activities at 308-532-5797.
